Program: Signs East Service Alerts. Messages may include quote and estimate notifications, project updates, install scheduling, appointment reminders, and occasional promotional messages.
Opt-In: You consent to receive text messages from Signs East by providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, for example by checking a consent box on a web form on the Site or by texting a keyword to our number. The opt-in checkboxes on our forms are optional and are not pre-selected. You may submit a contact form without opting into text messages.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and project status.
Fees: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 978-818-1740. After you send the message, we will send you an SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Consent Not Required: Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving services from Signs East.

E-SIGN Acknowledgement: By opting in electronically, you agree that your electronic consent is your electronic signature for the purpose of consenting to receive text messages.
The Site and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signs East disclaims all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Signs East LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if Signs East has been advised of the possibility of such damages. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
