Professional Boat Shrink Wrapping Service & Off-season Protection.

Shrink Wrapping Services for Boats in Northshore Massachusetts and New Hampshire

Keep Your Boat Protected Through New England Winters

Shrink wrapping creates a tight, weatherproof barrier around your boat that protects against snow, ice, rain, UV damage, and debris. Unlike tarps that flap in the wind and collect water, shrink wrap forms a custom-fit seal that stays put all winter.

We serve boat owners throughout the North Shore of Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire - from small fishing boats to large cruisers. Whether your boat is on a trailer in your driveway or stored at a marina, we come to you.

Seasonal Service: Shrink wrapping season typically runs from late September through early December. Book early - fall schedules fill up fast, especially in October and November.

Already have boat graphics or lettering? No problem - we wrap over existing graphics without damage. And when spring comes, the wrap removes cleanly.

Boat & Outdoor Equipment Shrink Wrapping Services

Boats are our primary focus, but we protect other outdoor equipment too.

Boats & Watercraft

Powerboats, sailboats, fishing boats, pontoons, jet skis, and kayaks. From 12-foot dinghies to 40+ foot cruisers. On trailers, on lifts, or on stands - we come to your location.

Outdoor Equipment

Patio furniture sets, grills, outdoor kitchens, generators, and lawn equipment. If it lives outside and needs winter protection, we can wrap it.

Commercial & Industrial

Palletized goods, machinery, construction materials, and equipment awaiting installation. Industrial-grade protection for items that need to stay dry and protected on job sites.

Why Shrink Wrap Instead of a Tarp?

Tarps are cheap. They're also terrible. Here's why shrink wrap is worth it.

Custom Fit

Shrink wrap conforms to your boat's exact shape. No flapping, no pooling water, no gaps where snow and debris get in.

Weatherproof Seal

Heat-sealed seams create a watertight barrier. Rain, snow, and ice stay out - completely.

UV Protection

Our shrink wrap blocks harmful UV rays that fade gelcoat, crack vinyl, and degrade rubber seals.

Wind Resistant

Once shrunk, it stays put. No straps to tighten, no corners coming loose, no midnight emergencies.

Prevents Mold & Mildew

Ventilation openings allow airflow while keeping moisture out. Your boat stays dry inside, not damp.

Pest Protection

Sealed wrap keeps out mice, squirrels, birds, and insects that love to nest in stored boats.

How It Works

We come to you - your driveway, marina, or storage yard.

1

Schedule & Prep

Call or email us with your boat details (length, type, location). We'll schedule a time that works for you. Before we arrive, remove loose items and make sure the boat is accessible.

2

Frame Installation

We build a lightweight support frame to prevent water pooling and snow accumulation. The frame creates a peaked structure that sheds precipitation instead of collecting it.

3

Wrap & Heat Shrink

We cover your boat with industrial-grade shrink wrap, then heat it with propane torches to shrink the material tight. All seams are heat-welded for a complete seal.

4

Ventilation & Access

We install ventilation openings to prevent moisture buildup inside. If needed, we can add a zipper door for winter access. Your boat is now protected until spring.

Shrink Wrapping Questions

What boat owners ask us most often.

Pricing is based on boat length. Most boats in the 18-26 foot range run $12-15 per foot. Larger boats or those with complex shapes (tall towers, flybridge, etc.) may cost more. We provide exact quotes before scheduling. There's typically a minimum charge around $250-300 for smaller boats.
Peak season is October through early December. We recommend booking in September or early October to secure your spot. If you wait until November, schedules get tight. We can wrap boats through December if weather permits, but earlier is better.
No - we use heat carefully and keep the flame moving. Properly applied shrink wrap won't damage gelcoat, vinyl graphics, or painted surfaces. We do this every year on boats with registration numbers, names, and full graphics without issues.
Yes - we can install a zipper door that lets you enter and exit while keeping the wrap sealed. This is useful if you need to check on the boat, run the engine occasionally, or retrieve items. Let us know when scheduling if you need access.
Most people cut it off themselves with a utility knife - it comes off easily. Cut along the top, peel it down the sides, and dispose of it. The wrap is recyclable at many locations. If you'd rather not deal with it, we can remove it for an additional fee.
Yes - we wrap boats at marinas, boatyards, storage facilities, and private residences throughout the North Shore and Southern NH. Some marinas have their own shrink wrap services or preferred vendors, so check with your marina first.
